Arrival: During the booking process, the pickup time for arrival will reflect the same time as your arrival flight. No worries, we use your flight time to prepare for your arrival. Once you collect your luggage, follow the instructions on your confirmation to be directed to our nearest pickup station or give our Dispatch Hotline a call.

Departure: The flight time provided is used to generate a suggested pickup time to ensure that you arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight. The suggested pickup time already takes in to consideration travel time, check-in time, traffic delays, and any other uncontrollable factors.
Once you collect your luggage, follow the instructions on your confirmation to be directed to our nearest pickup station or give our Dispatch Hotline a call.
If you are flying in to HNL, please check in with one of our Service Agents inside of the Baggage Claim area wearing a Yellow Floral Shirt, visit our Service Desk at Baggage Claim 8, 21 or 31, or make your way to the nearest Roberts Hawaii Pickup Station following the Yellow Roberts Hawaii signs outside of the Baggage claim areas. You may also call our Dispatch Hotline at 808-831-1555. If you are flying in to one of our other Islands, after you collect your luggage, please call our dispatch hotline.
OGG - Collect your luggage and upon exiting baggage claim, proceed RIGHT to the end of the sidewalk to the large commercial parking lot. We will provide a fast and comfortable ride to your lodging destination.
KOA - Collect your luggage and, make your way to the Group Tour Pickup Stations. We will provide a fast and comfortable ride to your lodging destination.
LIH - Collect your luggage and, make your way to the nearest Shuttle/Taxi Pickup Station.

Due to most guests being notified of delays on the day of service, if your flight is delayed more than a 1/2 hour, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can make the adjustment to your booking. If you would like to make a change or cancel your reservation, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Rates are subject to change. To change or cancel your reservation outside of 48 hours from your service date, you may click on Manage Reservations and make the necessary changes. If your service is within the next 48 hours please call our reservations office at 1 (800) 767-7551 immediately.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24+ hours prior to scheduled service, and will result in a 10% service charge. Please allow 10-12 business days for refunds to be processed back to your card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service date will result in a 100% charge (No Refund).
We recommend booking as soon as you confirm your travel plans to ensure space availability. At minimum, please allow at least 48 hours prior to your service on Shared Transfers and 7 Days for Private Transfers.
If you are arriving in to Honolulu Airport, yes you may arrange your shuttle service upon arrival with one of our Service Agents in the baggage claim area. Please keep in mind that there may be longer than usual wait times as services would be provided based on the next available vehicle. Some vehicles may already be scheduled to capacity with pre-arranged passengers. If you are arriving to other Airports, we do not have arrival day services.
We estimate your pick up time to take into account transportation time, moderate unexpected traffic, and check in time at the airport. It may seem early but it is very important to us that you get to the airport on time.
Yes we can accommodate most wheelchairs. To safely use the wheelchair lift, the combined weight of the wheelchair and guest cannot exceed 500 lbs and the maximum width of the wheelchair cannot exceed 29 inches.
Due to limited availability on ADA vehicles, please inform us of your needs ahead of time and we will make all reasonable accommodations to assist.

Gratuity is not included in the rates and fees, suggested gratuity is 15%. Please give at your own discretion based on the level of service you feel you received.
